本公司生產(chǎn)的四軸聯(lián)動激光焊接機，采用高能脈沖激光，可實現(xiàn)金屬工件的直線、圓周角等任意軌跡的焊接，其高能量，高密度的焊接可使焊接面平整，焊縫
寬度小，熱影響區(qū)域小，從而達到傳統(tǒng)工藝所無法實現(xiàn)的精確度。該機采用激光器、激光電源、內(nèi)循環(huán)冷卻系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)、數(shù)控系統(tǒng)、工作臺一體化設(shè)計，
具有性能良好、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、外形美觀、操作方便、占地面積小等特點，觸摸式操作面板方便調(diào)節(jié)激光輸出的功率、頻率、脈寬等參數(shù)。具有操作和超溫自動保
護功能。數(shù)控編程系統(tǒng)，簡單易學(xué)，可控制工作臺的前后左右移動，并進行圓周運動，也可對工作臺的運動速度進行調(diào)節(jié)，以達到焊接效果。
