塑料粉碎機篩網采用雙軸或單軸低速轉動，利用刀盤對物料進行切、割、撕、拉。直連蝸輪蝸桿減速電機，直接安裝在破碎機主動軸上，通過齒輪變速傳至動軸，使主動軸的動刀與殼體上的靜止刀盤形成相對運動。主動軸上的螺旋齒刀盤交錯排列，使物料進入后，同時受到擠、撕、剪的作用，從而使物料得到破碎。
