本廠生產的高速印字機MH100是被動牽引式油墨印字機，主要用于電線、電纜、PVC軟硬管、PU管、尼龍管、熱縮管及其他配合擠出機之擠出材料的表面印刷。
High-speed printer MH100 produced by our factory is passive traction type of printing ink printer, mainly used for the surface printing of wires, cables, PVC soft and hard pipes, PU tube, nylon tube, heat-shrink tube and other extruded materials of other supporting extruder.
◆ 工作原理
◆ Operating Principle
利用擠出材料與印字輪之間的摩擦力，帶印字輪轉動，使印字輪表面的帶有油墨的印字內容在被印物上。
The use of the friction between extruded materials and printing wheel, with the rotation of printing wheel makes the printing content with printing ink on printing wheel surface on the printed object.
