a、 免費服務：機器保修一年。從機器交付之日起保修期內人工及零件免費。國外客戶服務工程師的差旅費不在免費之內；
b、 收費服務：免費服務期過后需收回人工費及零件費。零件費按實際收取，差旅費按實際收取；
