(LW)GS45系列臥式高速三相自吸泵螺旋自動(dòng)卸料沉降離心機(jī)分離技術(shù):在LWT系列增壓臥式螺旋自動(dòng)卸料沉降離心機(jī)分離技術(shù)理論基礎(chǔ)之上,利用設(shè)備高速旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)的動(dòng)能所產(chǎn)生的空氣負(fù)壓及流體壓力轉(zhuǎn)化為固、液分離能量與自吸泵排液壓力,減小進(jìn)料阻力輔助錐端排料速度。主機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)體陀螺效應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)保證了設(shè)備在高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)條件下的穩(wěn)定性以及液相物料在轉(zhuǎn)鼓腔體內(nèi)軸向快速流動(dòng)穩(wěn)定性,增加單位時(shí)間內(nèi)的處理量;二次分離反錐角結(jié)構(gòu),使流體排出時(shí)壓力穩(wěn)定,轉(zhuǎn)鼓旋轉(zhuǎn)反方向切線排出,起到轉(zhuǎn)鼓腔體內(nèi)壓力區(qū)穩(wěn)定,同時(shí)排出的壓力液體給轉(zhuǎn)鼓體提供動(dòng)力,起到節(jié)能降耗效果。 三相自吸泵流體增壓分離技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了筒體直徑小、大處理量、進(jìn)料流暢、分離快、流體壓力輔助迅速排渣、筒體內(nèi)不積渣料、排出渣更干、設(shè)備部件磨損量小、流體壓力 自吸泵排液壓制泡沫、分離后清液含固率更低,有效解決現(xiàn)有臥式螺旋自動(dòng)卸料沉降離心機(jī)的處理量小、分離不、排渣困難、筒體內(nèi)容易堵料、設(shè)備部件磨損量大等技術(shù)缺陷。 | Separation technique of(LW)T series fluid pressurization horizontal solid-bowl scroll-discharge decanter centrifuge:Based on the theory of pre-acceleration separation technology,utilitize rotating kinetic energy convert air negative pressure and fluid pressure into separating energy,reduce feeding resistance and speed up cone point discharge rate. Gyroscopic-effect design on rotators ensure stability of equipment and stability of fluid matter's running quality within bowl cavity,to increase productivity in unit time.Twice separation structure makes a stable pressure of discharging fluid,and fluid is discharged in reverse direction to tangential line,meanwhile pressurized fluid supplies rotating power to bowl,saves part of energy. Three-phase centripetal pump fluid pressurization separation technique has got following achievements:cylinder of smaller diameter,larger processing capacity,smooth feeding,faster separation,rapid residue discharge assisted by fluid pressure,no accumulation of residue within cylinder body,drier residue,smaller equipment abrasion,centripetal pump discharge lead to defoam and lower solid containing rate of clear liquid after separation.This technique could effectively solves following technical defects of existing types of centrifuge:small processing capacity,incomplete separation,hard discharge,material blockage within cylinder body and severe abrasion of assembly parts. | |

9、主軸承潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng) 對(duì)于具體的產(chǎn)品型號(hào),有兩種主軸承潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)。 A、稀油潤(rùn)滑 ① 油泵站控制稀油不間斷循環(huán)潤(rùn)滑; ② 噴射式潤(rùn)滑方式,對(duì)軸承起到連續(xù)清洗、降溫潤(rùn)滑作用; ③ 配備濾油系統(tǒng),保證潤(rùn)滑油清潔度; ④ 配備供油壓力蓄能系統(tǒng),可保證在突發(fā)停電時(shí)潤(rùn)滑站繼續(xù)供5~6分鐘油壓不低于0.4MPa的潤(rùn)滑油; ⑤ 配備油溫恒溫系統(tǒng)。 B、脂潤(rùn)滑 ① 采用耐極壓、抗氧化、抗磨性、抗水沖刷性、耐腐蝕性、耐高溫的潤(rùn)滑脂。 ② 可選配自動(dòng)加脂潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng),在設(shè)定的時(shí)間自動(dòng)對(duì)主軸承進(jìn)行定量加脂。 | 9.
