塑料增韌的方法
塑料增韌的主要方法是以彈性體(TPE)為分散相,塑料為基體共混增韌,能大幅提高塑料的沖擊強度。彈性體增韌塑料主要要滿足三個條件:
1.彈性體與樹脂形成兩相結構,但也要有適度的相容性以保證兩相之間有良好的粘接力;
2.彈性體添加量要達到一定的份數;
3.彈性體的分子鏈柔性要較低,也就是說需要較低的Tg,尤其是低溫增韌時彈性體的Tg越低,低溫韌性越好。
由于純彈性體是非極性材料,而塑料(如PA、PBT)是極性材料,二者不相容,純彈性體不能有效增韌塑料,故而需要通過接枝改性使POE形成POE接枝物,接枝的官能團能夠與基材端基反應從而提供一定的相容性,使兩相具有很好的粘接性,從而能夠使基材樹脂大幅提高沖擊強度。如CMG5805-L(POE-g-MAH)的MAH可與尼龍的端胺基反應,可以有效增韌PA,當5805-L添加一定份數后,形成了超韌材料.
