二.特點:

1.模頭能360度左右旋轉(zhuǎn),可增強塑料薄膜的強度和均勻度.
2.螺桿,料筒均采用雙合金鋼材料,經(jīng)氮化處理和精密加工而成,硬度高,耐腐蝕性強,經(jīng)久耐用.
3.模頭鍍硬絡(luò),其結(jié)構(gòu)為螺旋芯軸式,擠出的熔融料均勻,吹制的薄膜光潔度好；風冷裝置結(jié)構(gòu)為迷宮型,出風量均勻,采用循環(huán)水冷卻。從而使吹制的薄膜達到很好的透明度。
4.卷取裝置采用雙工位中心收卷,采用力矩電機調(diào)節(jié),收卷平整,換卷方便.
