SMC模具油加熱器作用于SMC模具,控制模具溫度使之達到工藝要求,提高產品質量及生產效率,SMC模具溫度一般控制在135℃-170℃左右.SMC(sheet molding compound—片狀模塑料)和BMC(bulk molding compound-團狀模塑料)兩種工藝方法原材料基本相同,均系將樹脂、玻纖、填料等原輔料預先制得的模塑料,然后將其模壓或者注射成型制品.
SMC模具油加熱器加熱玻璃鋼模具,對于縮短生產周期,提高產品質量有著顯著的作用.主要體現在以下幾點:
